In general, well executed. Thought the finish could have been more dramatic or unique, but all in all I enjoyed it.

The " Wah wah, wah wah wah!" part at the start was kind of funny. I think that the shark attack would have been better if there was a little bit more time between him seeing the scope and the shark eating him.

I found the "WINIMATIONS PRESENTS" intro unpromising, but to my surprise the flash itself was overall very nice. The graphics were pretty Shmorky-esque; the only thing detracting from it was how you used the same shade of grey for several things (such as the water, the duck and the faucet). There are few things funnier than brief cartoons with few (if any) dialogue, and I'd say this is a good example of that.
