So this is my second flash about Charmander. I think it came out much better then the first, but still not quiet up to par in my eyes. Lets see what newgrounds thinks.
Note: I fixed the preloader now, yippee
Note: My preloader isn't working. So please don't mark me done on that. I plan on fixing it when I get to school tomorrow.
