*Sigh*

Honestly, I...well...I don't know where to start on this Flash. I guess I'll start with my personal opinion- this is a very bad movie that should be removed. But of course, you can't just be a dick in reviews, you need constructive criticism.

I think the idea of, "Eyebrow Appreciation Day," is unique, but it's also one of those gray areas where it could be funny but if you screw it up it sucks. I'm giving you the best advice I can here: remove this from the portal, and work on it. Don't just try to extend it to throw in more jokes- just get the material you want in it, in it. If you try to make it something you don't want it to be, it ruins it. Put some things that you think are generally funny, sometimes it can screw up a Flash to try and make what everyone wants. Everything doesn't just start out wanted- people notice it, learn about it, then they want it.

With that all said and done, I'm gonna say that this is NOT a bad Flash, it is just an unfinished one.

Not as terrible as most

This was not that bad, but it was pretty bad. What I liked was how it did not just go on and on but actually did have a point where the cartoon really stopped. It almost seemed like you guys were trying to come up with something legitimate at first. I liked the title screen you had at first, but it would be better to work more on that. The content was a bit unique, I suppose. Again, it is hard to believe that so many people worked on something that was so short and did not even seem to have that many parts to it.

"Eyebrow Appreciation Day." Well, I certainly appreciate mine. I raised 'em after watching this.

Which means I think I get it.

So for you get 2 stars for coming up with a clever way to make us appreciate our eyebrows.

mixed feelings

The intro high squeaky voice made me chuckle. However you could have added a warning about the flashing while the pic is spinning since it could hurt a sensitive's persons eyes. Other then that try to make the flash a little longer and for a few laughs add the squeakly voice that is in the intro to the actual flash.
