This isn't a game! But Newgrounds has Tutorial/Interactive section under the games section!
Remember you can move your mouse button over "red" areas to get more information!
Hi guys, this is my third tutorial! It mostly covers some neat special effects you can apply to your art. It's also mostly Photoshop (CS#) series, but a lot of digtial art programs have the same or similiar tools that maybe you can apply :)
I also throw in a few tips and tricks in there.
Hopefully you guys find it helpful! Ask me questions if you have any, I'll try to respond as usual :)
