Wrongs Darker than Death

To suffer woes which Hope thinks infinite;
To forgive wrongs darker than death or night;
To defy Power, which seems omnipotent;
To love, and bear; to hope till Hope creates
From its own wreck the thing it contemplates;
Neither to change, nor falter, nor repent;
This, like thy glory, Titan, is to be
Good, great and joyous, beautiful and free;
This is alone Life, Joy, Empire, and Victory.

I'm honestly impressed. I found this game by pressing the "random game" button. At the beginning I was ready to post complaints. After the story grabbed me, I didn't think any of the "bugs" or "physics problems" mattered much anymore. I hope you're still active on Newgrounds, and read this, because I'd just like to ask... Was this based on real events? What happened? Was this purely an artistic endeavor not precipitated on real traumatic events? It's entirely impressive either way.

In my opinion, This game had a lot of potential. I haven't finished it yet, simply because I'm totally lost. I was at the part where another person shows up and melts in front of you, so I started walking to other places and had no clue where to go. Aside from that, I enjoy the idea, but not so much how it was executed. I like how you're conveying a message in short bursts, but don't like how hard it is to find the next part, and figure out if it's even the correct next part. There's a lot of bugs, like where the two platforms are moving and you need to go through the hole in between them, You can very easily get stuck. Finally, I think one very important thing to add would be a volume controller.

i got stuck in a damn wall =(

I usually like these kind of minimalistic, surreal, metaphoric, interactive, philosophical art-games. But this is pushing it too hard.
A mediocre physics engine and gameplay, and an empty storyline. "I did wrong, I'm sorry. You did wrong, I forgive you. Oh no don't die!" The End. That is not a game.
But I'm sure this same concept, developed a little further, could make an excellent game.

woow....just....wwaooww.....
