it's a nice concept, but what's with the letters? is it not in English?

Smash all the blue balls and evade the red ones in this addictive flash game.
Fix the red balls.
I actually have to touch the blue balls to smash them but the red ones, all i do is go near them and it ends the level. Also, there aren't really any words, just rectangular boxes.
