Brentalfloss is awesome this is good but sorry to nit pick as this is your first flash but you could improve on the style and different backgrounds better buttons and higher quality text apart from that awesome keep it up

I'll tell you straight up, I voted zero for this, but I gave you a 2.5 here because you did make something work (sort of) here. Using actionscript, you could, you know, make a stop button that stops music. Someone messes up and clicks too much, they'd have to close the window.

And your picture quality of the Mii character is terrible. Try changing the compression settings or getting a better image (I usually recommend GIF or PNG).
