Doesn't it seem like a waste of time to put out a game with one simple thing changed? It's not like you're even the original author, so unless you got permission, this is also a copy.

This was produced by the original developer so this is not a copy. The major thing people hated was the mushroom so untill we release the sequel we thought we would give some more fun to people :)
