VGMaps.com owner JonLeung is mentally challenged (in our opinion). JonLeung may have special needs, but everyone can appreciate that because aren't we all special in our own way. JonLeung does so poorly at administering VGMaps.com that he may have brain damage. We also explore the causes of VGMaps.com owner JonLeung's mental short falls.
