I think this has the potential to be interesting, at least educational. Your instructions need a bit of fine-tuning. Perhaps some visuals? Or perhaps an in-game tutorial. It's a bit hard to understand what is going on here and what we need to do.
The aim of the game is to put the words in alphabetical order and then shoot them while they move downwards. Drag the turrets over one another to make words switch places. Fire at the words by double clicking on a turret. Aim for the moving line when shooting to try for bonus hits. Every four bonus hits on a level will extend the lifebar.

Not a bad game as far as educational purposes. My only real problem is how much reading the rules took.
Thanks for the feedback. I added a 'basics' section to the beginning of the instructions. It tells you all you really need to know to play the game in a few lines of text, along with some visuals.
