For your first animation, this is actually pretty good. The style of the animation is pretty cool.
I can see potential and I hope, you will do more in the future.

One of my first ever 2D animations completed back in 2008. Based on a bear detective comic strip I wrote in university
Not bad for what it is. I'd really like to see this in a finished state with colour and such, and maybe a little more elaboration on the story. Keep it up.
ii guess you could have rushed the frames ,They were quite slow ,But I appreciate your efforts of making animation using paper and pencil then scan them and then animate it on flash Wow,I m expecting a little more from you the next time
