Sick of all the bad parking jobs you see in the parking lot that make it hard for everyone else to find a spot? Take out some of that rage by identifying and destroying poorly parked cars in Parking Rage. Start the game with one gun on top of your car. Find your way to the highlighted parking spot by following the arrow that points the way. As you go, destroy any poorly parked cars that are in your way; be sure to leave the well-parked cars in good shape. Pull into the parking space before time runs out to earn stars. Use your stars to buy upgrades for your car so you can blow up more cars.

I couldn't get past the first level. That being said It is an ok game. The difficulty stems from the controls rather than the game itself, which a bad sign. A good game usually has (at least) decent controls so that the player doesn't get frustrated with having to adapt to the "shit factor" (as AVGN puts it [I think]) and goes into a rampage and quits the game altogether. I think if you work on the controls you might have an ok game on your hands. I'm pretty sure a lot of people fantasize about blowing up those asshole's cars who park like they own the damn place, so good choice for the type of game.

Can you be a little more specific on what gives you an issue with control? Up is forward and left/right turn. Or give me an example of a parking game like this that has controls you'd be more comfortable with?
