Reminds of Rampage on which I grew up!
But, controls are a bit quirky, it's very repetitive, and no jumping / eating soldiers!
I like the idea, and I am sure you can do a better job, keep working on it!

Press Z or K to attack.
Press X or L to use your Shield.
Press Left, Right, Up or Down (or A,D,W,S) to move.
Repetitive and no real point / goal to the game
