I think having a connection with the force somehow creates a magentic shield around your hand which is why only jedi and robot could hold one perfectly fine.

The animation and voice acting was spot on. What I especially like about this film is the realistic nature of what a light saber might present itself as in the real world.

If the movie was this realistic, I wonder if people would still watch it.
