The Year of Luigi seems to answer this movie otherwise a good decade or so later.

I'm so glad to have this finished. The lip sync can be such a pain. Also, I know the voice acting isn't the best, but then again Luigi's voice isn't that great either. The movie streams pretty well, so the loading screen shouldn't be long for even a dial up user such as myself. The little addition to the loading screen should also keep you at least a little occupied til it's done.
Update: Wow, now this is awesome. My animation is part of Newgrounds Mario Collection. Unreal. Thanks for all the reviews people.
