Okay, Macedonian... Cool, and yeah, when you can get time, an English version will probably win you better responses. It's still cool :)
One little suggestion for further improvement on least invested... You've got very little action other than the speaking. There's also more to the mouth-movements sync'ing up with the audio than just open position-closed position... My suggestion is to increase the frames and framerate so it gets more articulate. It's close, but since there's practically nothing else going on, the focus of action is on the characters' mouths... It's understandable that this work is tedious, time-consuming, and (at least occasionally) mind-meltingly boring... But truly great animators do it well...
You could go another direction with it, and insert other actions / sight-gags to illustrate some of what he's talking about, even using thought-balloons to play out the particulars as visually as you can. (some artistic fooling around always encouraged)... And you might even get in a good enough job that you don't need translation... lolz
Otherwise, you've done well, the animation is consistent as well as fluid. The audio is sync'ed well, and the voice work is clear, distinct, and understandable... So don't take the suggestions as anything but ideas where you might find it easiest to make steps toward growth and improvement from where you are as an artist...
Good work :o) And don't forget to breathe, relax, and keep on keeping on...
