The New Look At Maze Attack
Not to long ago I released an open beta of this game and received a lot of valuable feedback. Which has help this game improve dramatically!
I am working on another open beta of my game (which will also include many of the changes) for now I did create a new story/Gameplay trailer that will show some of the new gameplay, features, and give you insight of the dept of story Maze Attack will offer.
Leave your feedback in the comments below, and be 100% honest with your feedback, for feedback (criticism) creates the opportunity to make something better.

Love the story. Intense
Please take out the colour gradients in the text boxes and from the text itself, it harms readability (the text's colour should contrast with the background's colour, e.g. black&white, yellow&red, etc.) and it's very ugly... It's not by chance that you haven't seen any good games that use them like that. Try also to use easy to read font families for menus (e.g. the one that you used in "Features Highlight", it only makes sense to use handwriting styles if the text is related, for example, to a letter that a character wrote).
You will thank yourself in the future for fixing these things.
Try also not to cut the characters bodies without any frame around them to support those cuts.
I enjoyed hearing the story better than watching the game cutscenes.

so I need to revisit the coloring, and fonts that are used.
and yeah, ill fix those images with a frame or positioning them differently.
I never thought the words were unreadable, so thanks for pointing that out.
I'm trying to go for a unique design set in a unique world.- that being said, I don't want the game to be 'ugly'.

this is a heavy puzzle game with a hand full of interesting characters progressing in a original story.
the story might seem un-original, however, what you heard is how it starts- pretty much the beginning. as the player progress, information will be told that will reveal the real reason of Maze Attack and his existance.
making this kind of game while trying to stay unique and original is a challenge- however, with work and feedback im sure Maze Attack will become a great product.
