i would have given 4 full stars , not that because mine matters.
But the fact that i cannot jump when at the corner of a box is really annoying, because the box looks flat but not able to jump from that point makes it feel like an invincible sharp object is blocking me from jumping.
Everybody tries to speed run any side scrolling game..., and everyone expects it to be smooth.
Just leaving my opinion.
I got to level 6. its pretty cool too.

This is because the box is at an angle - this is the correct physics behaviour! Glad you like the game though.
Sounds need to be equalized / level (thunder?) it was kinda of loud when it first came on

an interesting concept, but it needs work. if you're toughing an obstacle, the jump locks, making navigation a real pain.

You do have to work at it to get the player 'home'. Just by backing up a little, you are able to jump. I think this makes the gameplay more interesting as you cannot just progress so easily through the level. This adds a bit of character. It is also a limitation with the game engine!!! - oh hang on, I think I fixed it!
