An animated short I made last fall for my fall semester film project. I fabricated stop motion puppets and composited them over 2D backgrounds. I only made one physical back ground for the shots of the dogs driving through the desert so I could create the sense of a moving landscape.

I really loved the mix of 2D and stop motion in this, you did a phenomenal job. I would recommend maybe finding a way to get the two dogs to vibrate with the van. perhaps if you nested their images and gave a slight wiggle to make them bounce with it, that would have sold it better.
