for those of you not in the loop this is Sam, he's a running gang among several of us on the NG summer fest server (18 or older only) i made a bunch of silly post and art of him a while back(like this one:https://www.newgrounds.com/art/view/m1roart/same-pt-1) and now he's returned to strut his stuff for the Animation Jam Round 4
I originally wanted to go for something a bit more ambitious but with college deadlines looming over me, im just glad I made something for this at all and that lil ol sam can shine in the spot light once more
