Man this round was rough, but I got through it!!! Sorry I messed up some of the timing, and some smears are messed up too so it looks a lil choppy lol
Also I don't have any charming characters to use so I just drew a cartoon me dancing in a room that isn't mine lmao (if you can catch all the references idk man you get a cookie or sum shit)

i like that tornado lightning shape spin effect, and GIR, 2000's fashions were coool ;) 1 of the best for color and sense of style / stylized in my opinon.
