Nice work!! I'd say things feel pretty simplistic, which isn't bad cause the source material is simplistic, but maybe you could've added a few things to make it less 'Kirby asset replacing the original asset'.

The Dedede Castle camera move is great and would be more cinematic/interesting if it were actually sitting on top of the mountain with the background environment from the games. As it stops in the center, it could crossfade to a 2D silhouette of the castle, much like how the Disney castle logo is displayed.

For the Pixar recreation, I'd say an obvious take would be Kirby him to eat the 'I', but maybe it'd be a nice blend of the two source materials to have Kirby use his rock transformation on the final slam to flatten the 'I'.
