Since when? Newgrounds staff don’t really ban people using it. I payed premium to get rid of the Flipaclip watermark and more features.

I can’t use other programs because my Pc is broken and I’m broke to get Adobe Animate,Toon Boom and other advanced animation programs. I am comfortable of using this program. Sorry that you don’t like the way I animate. Go watch some else with an animation program you like. You have a great day. :)
