The buildup to the twist was fine even though it was predictable. Tbe music really added to it. I like the blend of art styles in this it was subtle but effective.
I question why the police officer's face hardened when looking at Randy but Randy's stayed the same. Obviously Randy instigated the challenge of road racing so his expression should have changed as well. Also Randy's mouth looks odd at 9 seconds. A simple smile or just widening his initial grin would have looked more natural.
