I've fiddled with this animation for a while now. Just a rough rotoscope from Napoleon Dynamite reimagined with Detective Costeau from Disco Elysium.

Impressively rotoscoped, Ink. Quite liked the unmoving plaid effect on the Horrible Necktie.
