Well to be honest it looked like an amateurs first effort but because it actually was your first flash its alright. I thought your backgrounds were probably the highlight for me. In future try and make the title screen a little more professional and add alittle bit of personality and uniqueness to it.

For a first flash, damn. I JUST saw a flash by some guy whos been doing this for a while and it SUKED! This is great for a first flash. Shit, there hard to make!
