Student Thesis Film I made in 2023 on graduation from Sheridan Animation 2023.

The majority of the animation was made from January 2023 to April 2023 entirely by myself after scrapping the storyboards several times over since November 2022. I documented the Behind the Scenes here. Originating as a serious film about WW1, it ended spiraling into a fun little parody homage of all of my favourite animated media and more, Danger 5, Gunbuster, Daicon III/IV, old James Bond, Lupin III, and more!

Figured I should just upload my student film here as an archive. I think I've grown a lot as an animator, so a lot of this is pretty embarrassing to watch in retrospect, but as a Ship of Theseus type situation I figure I should just re-release this as is. A lot of people seemed to like this film and while I've tried to grow this idea as a series in the two years since... I've had a lot of difficulties finding the time and stability to do so since I basically went unemployed for a year after I graduated and I wasn't improving my artistic skills in the ways that I was hoping to do so after finishing this film, but I would probably like to return to this project to make a better sequel when I'm less busy in 2025~
