As other players mentioned, probably this websites handles the game frame in a different way compared to other ones. If you can't get past the starting "warning" screen, try to hit ENTER to just bypass the issue.
535 is a real time strategy game set in the dark ages.
Build a city, manage its economy and wage war against your enemies. If you're familiar with more famous rts games you won't find difficult to play this game as the core mechanics are very similar.
The view is isometric but the game runs on a 2d engine. Every building and animation is drawn frame by frame. The game also features a day-night cycle affecting the visibility of the units, lighting effects and multiple path finding.
In the first demo mission your objective will be to learn the game through a brief tutorial, to build and defend your town from the enemies and finally to defeat all their bases.

Unfortunately, scroll zooming in and out on Edge on Windows 10 doesn't fix the overlapping issue.
I think it's the way newgrounds websites handles the "frame" more than the browser's fault.. Try to press ENTER on the start screen to play it anyway, probably it will be a bit more zoomed in but still playable
