Assume the role of a defense lawyer that represents a young woman, accused of a sexy crime. Confront the determined prosecutor, discredit witnesses, and present evidence that supports your client’s innocence, all while avoiding any gavels the judge might throw at you!

This game was made in 1 month, for Flash Forward 2025. I mostly focused on the story and art, so some things needed to be left out (like pressing the spacebar to advance dialogues), Also it was very hard finding fitting music. I aim to add these things in future updates.

If you enjoyed this game, please take a second to tell me your thoughts. Your feedback and comments would be a great help for the next chapter of the game!

I am an ace attorney.
Honestly who designs a dress with such a massive flaw, and why did she not wear a bra?

Veinom responds:

Thank you for asking! Both questions are very important and will be answered when I complete the story. (I'm glad that so far nobody had a problem with how the dress works!)

eeehhh could use without the transphobic joke at the start tbh. Other than that, pretty good ace attorney mockup!

Veinom responds:

I don't think it's a transphobic joke. It has nothing to do with trans, and the judge places the defendant in that position to show him that his behavior was bad. This punishment has been done in real life btw. Aiden mocks Ash specifically (who is straight), not anyone trans. Other than that, thanks!

Ah yes, you do Ukogi stuff, knew it all looks familiar.
BTW, password for the best stuff is GAL.

Veinom responds:

Yes! Fun fact: during the events of this game, Dedu doesn't know Ucogi. If everything goes well, he would meet Ucogi and Rudy for the first time in Courtroom69: case 2!

okay this is not a bad game, and this is not a bad score. But it is not "good" either.
It have potential. I like the charecters and the design, so far as it goes. But there is a little too much handholding isn't there?
there is no real way to lose. Pick the wrong item, and we are just asked to try again. So when we can't lose, it don't really feel genuine when we win.
I would have been a lot more critical in the old days, but there is so little even halfway decent these days

Veinom responds:

You are right, the game does hold your hand. And that's because this was the tutorial part of a much longer case. I wanted the beginning to be forgiving and the game was supposed to get harder as you progress. Unfortunately, I had to compromise in order to meet the deadline for Flash Forward 2025, and that's why it ends the way it ends. I plan to finish the game and have multiple endings, depending on player choice, and how many jurors they are on their side at the end.

So, what you want is planned out, but there wasn't time to implement it. What you played here is the first taste of a bigger game, that hasn't been finished yet.

All that said, you made me think about this, and since I work on updating this existing version, I think it would be beneficial if the choices you make can change the jury's mind. And I will do that when I update the game in a few days. Thanks!

Honestly, one of the best flash games I played for a long time
