Strikes feeling up my spine...

It is kind of funny... this brought tears to my eyes. (That's an oxy moron...) Well... I ahve been through rough times recently and... it ALMOST wanted me to just go and... die. It was that overwhelming. You do have a good artistic talent when it comes to music. Me, I just make all my songs with a piano synthesizer and play them! This is actually music!! I don't know how you come up with the ideas either... Well if you excuse me, I am going to go think for a while.

This particular piece was inspired by the sparse Japanese Togaku Theatre. The flute you hear playing 'bass' pedals is supposed to be like the Ryu teki. My saxophone like a Shakuhachi flute and the guitar like their Biwa. So basically I ge tmy ideas from me ecclectic exposure to music!

I wouldn't say you sound like a pothead, just that you're getting a lot out of this (which is what I wanted).

Not meant to be happy or sad, this is almost impressionistic in the way you decide what images it conjures. Sorry this made you sad, but thanks for the review!

Yeah, I guess a few jazz licks snuck their way in. This was a tribute to Ryo Noda, Saxophonist/Composer extraordinaire, and while I wish the quality was better (I mean I have $200 mics, ffs) I'm pretty happy with the way this one turned out.
