Not interesting enough
I wanted to close it, but I also wanted to help.
I'm sure it was hard to make the orange background, and the buildings, or the people moving around, or the gun, but there really isn't enough to keep me interested.
Random people shooting each other, not much motion, and a hat? Someone dies oh end of movie already? The story was not vivid enough, sorry.
The animation was confusing. Silhouettes are good, but the black background made it hard to see. It hurt my eyes. Nice touch using Orange and black Newgrounds layout colors.
Music? Can't say... but a bit dry... soft blues, but it was still dry, and is excommunicated from the theme. Not a lots going on to keep my attention, the music surprisingly ended a few short seconds after the animation ended, which was nice. Like elevator music.

In no way am I saying that this is the end for you, and it sucks. I'm doing the opposite, constructive criticism. It ain't supposed to make you feel better when you're doing it wrong, it's supposed to help you do it right. (or in this case more interesting). I may not have submitted anything, but this is my opinion. Very nice try. I believe you can do better
