Now if there is one character that hasnt been made to poke fun at in flash enough yet it would have to be He-man i mean the guy has flash creativity written all over him and you have delievered a classic short here. I thought that the graphics for all the characters were well done and the backgrounds for the restaurant were very suiting the only problem would probably have been your animation i mean you just moved the arm as a whole in most of the scenes. Overall it really just came down to the comedy level and this rates really high, great fun to watch.

Needs longer concept
I like how he thinks "I have the power" will solve any problem.
But, still your ending could have dragged a bit and been funnier. Even using the classic pan out showing a cavernous amout of dishes would have been a plus.
