Keep it up. I like the light beat which moves between left and right in the beginning. The strings are a little strong (kinda like a siren)... perhaps the audio inclusions could mention this (like - "did you see that?" Or "someone call the cops"). It made me think of a tragic event or like the title implies... that someone is running from the cops. Like a GTA IV electro radio station.
