I don't know if you have to be from the ghetto to enjoy this, and I also understand that the animation was done in 1999, but that wasn't very funny or entertaining to me at all. I'm not usually one to put in bad submissions, because I enjoy most everything that comes from newgrounds, but I have to speak about this.
