You know, the old computer I first played this on could only run the game at like 10 FPS, and that was slow enough that little kid me could beat it no problem. I am playing it now at full speed for the first time and it's a completely different beast.

I'm playing this game from the flash file on my computer
1. Google "flashplayer_32_sa_debug.exe"
Download and install it from the Adobe website.
2. Come here and inspect website elements (F12 or Ctrl + Shift + I)
Click within the window, press Ctrl + F to search the code.
In the search field; type in "grounded". Find the URL with the word, copy it and paste into a new tab. This will promt the browser to download the game and you'll probably get a security warning because it's Flash.
3. Proceed to open the Flash program you installed, and drag and drop the Flash Game File onto the program window.... Presto! you can play the game on your computer and you have it stored!
This works for all flash games on newgrounds, but I've found no way of saving progress in the games.
I used to play this everyday when i was a kid, now i can't play. I miss the good ol' days :((((
Still remember I first played this on my friend's daddy's laptop.
