I'm voting 5 on this submission so please respond to this question? Is it okay to use pictures of copyrighted characters (eg. barney) in a movie and just put credit to the website you got them from and the creator? (can you do that?) Also can you use other peoples copyrighted songs and use them in your movie as well as long as you give them credit? please respond to this! It would be a big help!
You know you dont have to vote 5 just for me to answer a question, and there is a forum to ask stuff, but I'll answer anyway.
As far as I'm aware using copyrighted characters is fine as long as your not selling what you've made and you give credit to the owner. If you've used a picture from a website, credit the site and even give a link.
Songs can also be used as long as you dont sell, and theres a place to put audio credits in when submitting your flash, but can also put them in your flash along with any other credits.
