Pretty cool,
I really liked it, The shading on the face was sweet, and the overall look of the cartoon was pretty groovy.. My only critique would be to speed the characters up very slightly, look forward to seeing the completed cartoon :)

Nice, but this is the portal...
Nice all round, but...
1: It mentionz that uncompleted work does not be well taken to in teh portal.
2: Uncompleted man.. Uncompleted...
Still, it looks good. Get the full one out and I will view it!
Slight Improvement Suggestions...
What i would suggest:
1. Make Lil Jon a little louder.
2. Make their faces more detailed.
3. When you make the drive-by scene, have lots and lots and lots of violence in them! And i mean LOTS!
I can see this becoming a very good flash; just put a lot of effort into it and i know it will be great

Funny character this tony is and he seems to like shooting everything in sight heh, , the character was neat, could use more animation to him though, and the "SOUND/FX" was abit low quality had some scratchy sounds to it, anyways funny short, hope to see longer ones in the near future...

Make it longer or add a few together, and get better sound/fx...

few tips:
1) make the eyes move on the first guy
2) when you characters walk their feet seem to glide a bit, so spend some more time on that.
3) that hand shake close up thing was a bit too slow, i suggest you speed that up a bit
other then that it looks alright :)
