one glitch
it might have just been me, but the first button (the blue one) didnt seem to do anything, something crazy popped up and disapeard before i could read it. and nobody said anything, but the rest of the buttons worked fine. might wana add some more dialogue, or more options for how each responds to each question. but over all very good animation and funny.

My advice for lip sync'ing
You have the technical aspect down, so this is more of an artistry suggestion:
a facial expresion is a combination of the eyes and the mouth. the mouth animations would do well to differ between different moods. Like when Baka was frustrated with the question guy. The mouth's smiling with the angry eyes made him look more like he was sinister.
