I agree weed should be leaglized, but it should still be ilegal to smoke it outside it should only be legal to smoke it at home or in some pubs who allow it. if it was legal to smoke weed in the streets then people will be smoking it at work and school and that would effect their ability to work or learn. awsome flash tho dude.
