Excellent! SPEECHLESSLY GOOD!

Good disclaimer... it made me laugh. That put you off to a good start.
The animation was smooth and perfect, your backgrounds were great and interacted with the characters accordingly (building damage in that one scene, ect.)
You had my attention the whole time!
This piece was so well done that words don't come to describe it!
Pointless, yes. Violent, yes. Irreverent towards the Bat, YES. A mindless battle, DUH. Entertaining? HECK YEAH!!!
