Wow, this was the first flash submission to win all three main awards! Well, I'm fairly sure it is. It's hard to keep track of all those. The quality seemed really low at first. Then I realized I was watching it on Low, duh! This was just so fun to look at.
Obviously, the action was great. The music set the tone perfectly. My favorite part is probably when the victim fights back. You have such unique colors here. I dare say it even helped inspire "Madness Combat".
After all these years I still come back to watch this. Sound track was great, visuals were stylish and didn't need dialong to tell the story. I'll be coming back for Commissioner Kong well after this.

Like the graphic art design, character animation, and character buildup. I also like the fact that you used electronic music to give the violence more of a flashy music video direction (paging Rob Zombie) Another thing putting you in my cool book is your unique lack of dialogue(appreciate the visuals) and that you did the Tarantino thing and ended the whole mess with a Matrix homage. (favorite movie.)
