Very cool game.
If you want to make another game than i'm 101procent behind you.
One thing tough the boss was a bit to easy.

It was good
well it was challenging, but the whole metal slug ripoff graphics turned me away, but still good job. And I have to agree with Parasoul, I'd rather use the WASD keys instead of the directionals. Two things that could have been better is that you copuld have placed the hostages better, and add a melee option like in metal slug.
WASD
When I have to use the mouse to shoot I would much rather use WASD than the arrow keys. At least make it an option to use both. Also, saving the hostages grew boring and repetitive after the first 2 levels because you put them in stupid areas in level 3-4. It was annoying having to randomly drop down somewhere to find them. If I missed them I had to climb all the way back up to try again.

Like everyone else before me, all I can say is...
Fun game. Really there's not a lot more to it. Unexplained but classic storyline with some basic weapons, enemies and even a boss. I like the concept of finding and freeing the hostages, and the graphics were cute and well drawn. Neat sound effects, although overall I have to say the best weapon would be the starting pistol. No delay time and the ability to shoot through walls. Perhaps another game with a wider array of disposable weaponary, but otherwise neat and sweet. Perhaps in need of music though.
