Great, the musi was good not exactaly fitting but ok. The video was short but good.

It's always nice to see new frame by frame-ists in the making. I can't really give you any tips - but it was a nice animation.
Not the most original and the music was, like you said, rather repetitive. Good choice of music though. Sound effects were fine; don't worry about them.
Like I said - I can't give you too many tips, but things you could remember is to use colour, longer music, a plot, and above all: develop your own style. Stick men are rather overdone on Newgrounds. Good luck in the future.

But it came across as if you were just being lazy. I like what you were intending, but make it seem more like sillouettes than just black shapes on a blank background.
