Does this all happen after MMZ4, or is there something before this. I am all confused. I assume the story starts here. I like your story (especially where you have Copy X and X sharing a body together). Anyway, want to see a third. Hope it comes soon. Anyway, yeah.
Well, you are right, it is all chapening after MMZ4, how you saw, many thinks have changed, Resistance Soldiers are now oficial army, Ciel is Leader, Neo-Arcadia is on Ciel side, and Copy X and X sharing body together, this is storyline what I maked to game, Megaman Bros X ep.3 ( what is under work ), to get more info, go to MasterMarioMX side and play in ep.1 and ep.2 game, me movie storyline is a next part of this what happened in this games.

Well, I m still just amator, there is a tond of better flash animators than me, for example movies " project Game Over ", or Final Fantasty Sonic 6, or MMZ the last cataclism.

Great Changes
Now, I may be wrong and forgetting, but I have seen this before and you did a lot to upgrade the movie. You have a new intro, menu and your next buttons are different.
The movie is quite good and you are definitely good with sprites. I can only imagine you improving from here.
I guess things to change in your next released Flash is not so many stops. Like, you could stop each time we hit the levels and that was a bit annoying. I think you could take the graphic you created to highlight them and make it Flash instead of stopping. You also need to double-check spelling, line up fonts and use a specific format on how you do things in your Flash.
Example Card how you put it.:
Yoshi rider
Info: Fast in ofensive
Hard in defensive
Attack's: Trow egg (you misspelled "Throw")
Attack 2: eat enemy
Attack 3: lick punch
How is should be:
Name: Yoshi Rider (Capitalize each word)
Info: Fast in Offensive
Hard in Defensive
Attack 1: Throw Egg
Attack 2: Eat Enemy
Attack 3: Lick Punch
Anyway, there you go. That's just one card, but most of your cards had misprints and all looked like they needed a format to follow.
Also, after all those things were introduced, at some point there was a frame that had typing that didn't pause.
Also, PLEASE don't delete this even if you redo it. Make the next one version 2 or something. It's good. Don't delete it. In fact, it's not worth making this again, just learn from it and keep going.
I also enjoyed your music selection. You had some cool music in here and some odd versions of popular songs... =)
