It's 'Snowman'. It's from the Mother series (Earthbound, and I'm only calling it by the Japanese name because Earthbound was the only one released in the US and Snowman is in all games.)
This cut of it is from the Super Smash Brothers Brawl remix.

an funny little animation thats well worth the wat
i really enjoyed this as dantes inferno is a personal favorate of mine and i loved this whole thing the style of animation was great and made it fun to watch and easy on the eyes. the music fitted perfectly and for anyone who has not yet watched this CLICK IT NOW!!! lol great job please keep it up (by the way i know im going to be in the burnning tombs or in the river styx lol)

(In MY opinion, I'm great at picking songs and that's about it. I can't draw too well and my animation is a bit lazy, but setting the tone makes all the difference in the world.)
