Ok im not sure what to think of this one, first off it was way short, it gave me a sorta smile but seill didnt make much sense, i do like that use made a character and added backrounds, but still lacked in more effort...
~~THINGS TO IMPROVE ON~~
Make iit longer give it some sorta story and some meaning, you have it ok with art and color just needs more effort...

A very small flash with very little effort but shows some ok points...

the drawings and the backgrounds are all right. but the flash itself is way too short. if you had made it longer than i am pretty sure that it would've been a lot funnier to watch.
the music was ok and made me smile a little. the animations seemed at least decent. but there's still a lot room for improvement there. try to make the animations more fluent.

way too short, and humor makes no sense, the drawings are kinda, mmm, odd in a lazy sort of way, the animation is okay, but the whole thing doesn;t really get the don't smoke point across, or really give that much humor.

Man when the hell am I going to get to the REAL animations of Newgrounds past? I mean should'nt these movies have stood the test of time or something? Well that's all I got at the moment
A short about a man who smokes then gets shot. What an umm...powerful...anti-smoking message. The art was pretty poor. Gaudy and very rough looking. The animation was limited. The sound was pretty atrocious. Ill-suited music and a squeaky voice. Not worth watching.
