Sunra wins this hands down. His delivery is better. Phr0zen's words sound a little slurred in places.

PhrOzen: OMG word play was amazing! Aggressive delivery was great. A few lines could've had more clarity, took a couple listens to catch it.
Sunra: Love his snarky attitude. Great lyricism and fluid quality. Really liked the ending on verse 2. Delivery could use a bit more work; a lot of his line were humorous in nature but it was as if his maniacal delivery hampered the shots a bit.
I also want to give this one to Sunra, but I think PhrOzen hits and energy were just too aggressive. Mad props to Sunra though, for a first battle this was a great attempt.

Hilarious, amazing.
I laughed hysterically all the way through, on both sides. It was so, so funny. Phrozen was a bit unclear at times, mainly because of the speed of his rapping. Sunraw was as clear as day. That being said, both we're thoroughly enjoyable, but I'd have to give this one to Sunraw, since I laughed just a bit more throughout. Both of you did very good jobs though :3

Phr0zen had clarity issues but cleaned it up in his 2nd 16. The wording was pretty good for Phr0zen but Sunra brought hits on both of his and closed it with monster aggression. Good lyrics from both battlers, but Sunra's was swingin and Phr0zen didn't deliver enough punches for a knockout.
