Good for a begginer in animation!
Looking at a begginers point of view, you have grasped the basics of animation quite well! Don't listen to the viewers who expect a disney's Lion King from you in an animation. You submitted your flash to newgrounds for constructive criticism, and that's what i will give you. The way you had the Stig's hands move to turn the wheel was pretty clever, the pun of Hammond's height was funny, and made me smirk. Clarkson, he looked scary, but you got his hair to a T.
The music was pretty good, and for graphics wise, it looks like you drew from a mouse by the looks of it, and if you're new at both digital drawing and animation, it's pretty standard for your level.
Keep up the effort, and in time you will get better. 5/5
Great progress man
It looks like you could maybe use some knowledge on tweening to help smooth out your animations, but you've proven you know what you're doing and are capable of making good submissions. Keep practicing and learning and you'll have really high quality stuff, you've certainly surpassed anything I can do with flash.
I'll admit, this is pretty good concept-wise. Even incorporating a Hamster short joke. It is lacking a James May though
