It kinda reminds me of that 2D counter strike game. I like it!
It would be better if you added more lvls and multiplayer though.
Good for Quick Entertainment
The game isn't very original, but that's hard in a top-down flash shooter. Your implementation is pretty good. The graphics are great for backgrounds, and good for characters. The sound is dull, but the gunfire drowns that out. Most power-ups were good, although I found that the slow-down ability was pretty useless.
Overall, a good game. Worth at least one play through, although beating Impossible seems like it'd be worth the time.
