It's fun for ten seconds, and it seems to be rock solid (as in code), but it COULD be better. But still, good job

Good concept but...
The "moving target" thing doesn't work that well. It does move, but maybe a pixel in some cases. Nevertheless, it's still a good idea. And maybe make it so you need to hit the circle for it to count, not just the sign. Also, sound would help.
It's alright.
It's at least somewhat entertaining, but it would be nice if there was a preloader and if there was sound. In addition, there is a bit of a problem: "Time left:" shows your score, and "Score:" shows how much time is left. Try to fix this.
Also, I hit 41 targets.
